Carlos Gutierrez is full-time real estate consultant specializing in the local beach areas of San Diego. A native San Diegan, and resident of Mission Beach, Carlos is very well known for his portrayal of San Diego State University’s Monty Montezuma (and later Aztec Warrior) for over 13 years. Carlos has an extensive background in marketing, media and public relations. Carlos's extensive network of professional and personal contacts enables Paradise Found to to reach the resources of hundreds of real estate professionals including agents, affiliates, title representatives, escrow officers, lenders and brokers.

In 2007 Carlos was ranked the number 3 agent (out of 45) of the Re/Max Coastal Properties brokerage. This after only 2 years as a full time agent. The Re/Max Coastal Properties Brokerage is the number 1 brokerage in the 92109 zip code with over $136 million in gross sales.

In his free time Carlos is an active volunteer, fund raiser and event participant for theChallenged Athletes Foundation (CAF).

Molly was born and raised in the Foothills of Placer County, just northeast of Sacramento. College led her to San Diego where she attended Point Loma Nazarene University. After earning her Communications Degree, she has now joined the Paradise Found Team. Molly is looking forward to getting her real estate license this summer and diving into the business, following in the footsteps of her parents and grandfather. Molly has previous real estate experience as a receptionist and bookkeeper for a RE/MAX brokerage in northern California.
